      PRP Treatment Anyone?

      Hey Kirk. Just seeing this thread. Friendly neighborhood Ortho PA here. I really like Vernon Griffith and Ben Patrick (Knee’s Over Toes Guy) for spine, hip, and knee mobility related workouts/stretches/exercise. I suggest them to lots of my patients and use them myself. You can find both on YouTube.

      Accurate AR ammo

      I would email the manufacturer. Lots of time they will forward to the guys that do the testing and give you some suggestions. I have Proof and JP barrels. Messaged both and got quick, similar responses. I use Federal Gold Match, either the 69 or 77 grain Sierra Match King. Both shoot great.

      Tecovas cowboy boots

      I’m going to order a pair of Tecovas. I consistently wear a 12 in Nike/Asics athletic shoes, but wear 11D in a square toe Ariat cowboy boot. I am looking at the Doc style from Tecovas. What size would you start out with? Appreciate the advice in advance!

      INGO! Help me clear this up once and for all. In a proper functioning red dot, is this how the dot should/will appear to someone who DOES NOT have an astigmatism? Essentially, a pristine complete circle with well defined edges.
