For 2017 the steel matches will be returning to the 2nd Sat. of each month.
Hoping to have our first match in March, but, as always, weather dependent.

With the State SS/Prod/Revo match probably being the first match of the year, I was wondering if anyone has tips on staying sharp when you can actually shot matches......
I've been shooting USPSA here for ~ 3 years, and would like to expand horizons outside of Ind. Anyone have suggestions on matches that would be worthwhile trying to go to? One's with interesting stages, etc.
I've been considering an open gun in 9 Major. I'd like to get suggestions concerning loads for 9 Major. I have been unable to find anything that would generate sufficient velocity in the loading manual I have. I assume jacketed bullets would be necessary, but what weight? Are certain powders...
I am considering getting an open gun in the (relatively) near future. I was wondering what caliber is most prevelant. I've heard most about 9 Major & 38 Super. I'm leaning more toward 9, since I already have the dies, etc to reload this caliber. I'm also looking for any other suggestions...

What is the most common caliber of gun used to shoot Single Stack? I know/have read about shooters using either 45 or 40 caliber.
