      Isn't that what Navistar is doing when they finally move everyone from Fort Wayne (and elsewhere) to Chicago? I was told they are not offering jobs in Chicago to any union members. Kind of a slow way to get rid of them compared to suddenly closing a plant but probably less bad press.

      Its about time S&P caught up with the American public and recognized the terrible financial shape this country is in. It has been public knowledge for several years yet they just published this report. Moody's hasn't even done this yet so I guess S&P gets credit for being first.
