      I know that an NFA trust cannot apply for a C&R or FFL, but if I have a C&R under my name, can I then transfer a firearm that I purchased using that C&R into an NFA trust?       I am looking for a gun lawyer here in indiana to set me up with a NFA trust. but what are the pros and cons to have a NFA trust? is it better to get one or to go with out one? and if it is a good idea to have one can anyone name anyone here in the state of Indiana that can draw one up for me?
