Selling a 1977 Ford F250 Highboy 4x4 project truck. I pulled this from a dry barn in Northern Indiana about a year and half ago where it had been sitting for over 20 years. Highboys are some very desirable trucks that sell for big money when restored. I also have a Marty report detailing the production history.
It has a 400ci motor but in it currently but does not run, and an automatic transmission. Cab is pretty clean (except for drivers side floor panel) and frame is solid, bed will likely need replaced, and possibly driver side door (passenger has a little rust but can likely be salvaged, driver’s door has more corner rust and would require a little more welding/repair work to salvage)
I have several parts I’ve purchased that go along with the sale including:
A complete ford 460ci motor with D0VE-C heads that will need rebuilt (this was one of the highest outputting motors of all 460’s manufactured).
A leather rear bench seat from an H2 hummer that’s in excellent shape.
A full grill assembly that’s clean and just needs to be polished up.
A spare passenger and driver’s side door, passenger may be useable but driver’s side is likely for parts only.
3 sets of rims and tires, including turbine and wagon wheel styles.
Asking $4,500 obo for everything.
Located in Hamilton County and not really looking to ship it.
Mainly looking for cash, but open to trade ideas depending on what’s being offered.
