    I emailed crossbreed about an estimated date for my holster to ship since it had just passed the 8 week wait their site said when I ordeted it. First off let me say when i'm tryin to contact a companies customer service its 99% of the time over the phone. It seems like emails either don't get responded to or it takes a week to get a response. Anyway, back to the story. I emailed them for an estimated shipping date and surprisingly received an email within the hour informing me of the high volume of orders ect. and that my order would be an unknown number of days/weeks before I will receive it. I followed up with an email thanking them for a quick eesponse and asked that they add a set of j hooks to my order which is usually $7.50. I received an email later that afternoon. Corfirming they would ad to my order free of charge.
