    Had a SCCY with the frame pins/crack issue. Called them and spoke with customer service, sent me a return label etc. , left a message for Jason in repair to call me -and he did! Great conversation and went on. Wrapped up the gun and set up a pick up with UPS. They picked it up last Monday and as I was expecting a quick turn around I thought Id check the status last Friday. What do you know, no tracking information since it left my porch.....
    Im in Valpo. and the UPS hub is in Westville, but you cant call them there, number is unlisted. Had to call the 1-800 and they call westville. They are starting an 'investigation" ha ha, but I filed a report with Porter County Sheriff just the same.
    Meanwhile, Denise at service at SCCY has been FANTASTIC, she is ending me a new gun so I wont have to be without it! Not a "loaner" if that were possible, but a new issue to me. If/when they get the original they will destroy.
    SCCY has won a new fan with me and UPS is a joke, beware!
