so as a few of you know i bought a nitrex tr2 to try out on my rimfire. i was extreamly impressed from day one with the tracking and clarity and im not easily impressed by a optic. after about 2 months the scopes turret malfunctioned. i called and sent it back. yesterday i had a brand new scope no questions ask. 2.5 week turnaround this time of year is pretty good. to me i have no problem with a product breaking. what sets certain companies apart is how they deal with the problem. usually you dont get service like this in a less than 300 dollar optic.
