PSA has been running some good sales recently and I purchased a complete blem lower. After completing my purchase I noticed that I accidentally purchased a item that I did not need. I email PSA and the next day I receive an email saying that I should see the refund hit my account in 3-5 days. I consider this appropriate customer service.
About 3 days later I received an email advertising free shipping on items over $50. I then notice that the complete lower that I purchased was still onsale for the same amount. I email PSA again and told them that the item that I purchased was still on sale and asked if they would honor the free shipping. Again, I received an email the next day saying "we will take care of you and you should see a refund on your account in 3-5 days." Some places would make you jump through hoops to take advantage of this deal. Another reason why I will continue to be a customer! Thank you!!
