just picked this up at the Marengo gun show, 1863 Springfield dated 1864 rifled muzzle loader converted to 16 ga

Nice, any plans to shoot it, or put it in original shape?.....As an aside, who puts on the Marengo show? That was close to me, and I'd have loved to go.....

not going to restore it, I collect 16 ga, straight shooters puts on the show, next one close to us is in new albany, google them and get their schedule
