Took this 1927 vintage Winchester 1894 SRC out to hunt although I didn't see any more deer than I have with the Marlin. Chambered in 32 WS it certainly would have done fine in the woods. Vintage lever guns in 32WS can often be had for less money than calibers with more common ammo. Not hard to make, just run a 30-30 case into a 32 WS resizing die and you have a 32 WS case. A cartridge that does well with cast bullets, I use the RCBS 170 grain GC on top of 30 grains of 3031.

Your Winchester is to the gun community, what a classic car would be to a car community.
