Over the years I bought a few just to scratch that need-a-new-toy itch. I had to stop going to gun shows to sell things cause I never came home with more money than I left with.

Saturday I was traveling for work and stopped at Rural King cause our local farm store is going out of business. I had never seen a Rossi .22 pump. I couldn't let the guy at Rural King take it out of the rack for fear if I handled it I'd have to buy it.

Then Down by the Tracks in Galveston had a NAA mini in .22 short. Really wanted that to make a set with the LR and WMR versions but I resisted that, too.

If you buy smart, you can typically at least get your money back on the re-sale. Or at least get your money's worth at the range.
New guns are typically a 10% loss on day one, but I've actually made a little money on stuff I've resold this year.
