Im not really sure. Ive just seen it talked about. For all I know I might be one. Maybe someone else will jump in and explain it.

PW's are akin to trolls; they both post just to post. A troll obviously has malicious intent, where a PW just makes sure they get in on the thread, regardless of weather or not they are contributing.

Anyway, 2.5 million is a great milestone. I have contributed to 0.0008012% of those!
