    I would like to thread the barrel on my DPMS .308 it has a 16 inch bull barrel on it.. Can anyone recommend someone that can do this for me.. Next step is getting a can for it..

    5/8"x24 threads per inch is the pattern most commonly used by firearm and suppressor companies these days. I am not overly sure where Mooresville is off the top of my head, but I am sure you can find someone in your area to thread it for you.

    Indygunworks build both of my AR platforms, .223 and .308 the later shot a 3/4 MOA with a crappy trigger. He is on the east side of Indy (almost greenfield) and works for beer sometimes :D

    Thanks guys I envisioned it would be alot money to do it than that. Heck if I could I would turn down the barrel as well , this thing is heavy .. 3 days lugging it around Tennesee darn near put me down

    My 308 is there now being threaded for my suppressor he does custom work for Elmores.
