.380 ammo

Just wondering if anybody knows if you can get any .380 ammo that has bird shot in it. Just wanting it in case of snakes. With all of the storms we have had, I have a very large brush pile that is probably not going to be able to be burned untill the fall(wheat field next to it). We have already been seeing a lot of snakes and I know a guy that has killed a 6 foot copperhead in his garage. Thanks fellas!

I've never see any for the 380 and don't know how well it works in a auto pistol. I've used the 22 shot in a rifle but it didn't give me any better range or results than a shovel against snakes.

Don't think so and in my experience they only work in wheel guns anyway.

Get a 410 derringer or a 22 revolver. I dispatched a snake today with 22wmr shot in a naa mini.

Why shoot a snake? You leave them alone and they leave you alone.

I can understand being uneasy around a snake, but they are great for keeping the mouse/rat population down. Just keep an eye out when you are outside, and keep the kids away from the area that you are concerned with.
