3D Range

Visited the Hocking Hills Ohio this summer and really need to share this. About an hour and a half South of Columbus. The Hocking Hills State Park has a FREE archery range. Very nice with various distances. Best of all they have a trail that leads through the woods with something like 20-30 3D targets set up for the shooting. It reminded me of mini golf every twenty yards or so there would be path to the left a path to the right leading to the target which may be 15 yards or some at 50 yards. Depending on the foliage you could usually see the targets from the main trail, which is what they were going for. It was a great experience, especially for free.

There is one in Indiana too. LaGrange County Parks has a 3-D range at Pine Knob Park, three miles east of Howe. Targets are in for winter but will be put back out in April.
