    O.K. I realize that some people don't want anything to do with the Glock name, but I need some recipes for a 230 grain jacketed hollow point/ xtp. I would prefer to use Universal/Titegroup or Unique/Power pistol. Or some other alliant/hogdon powder. If there is an accurate recipe that someone could share it would be greatly appreciated. Also, a 230 grain bullet is big for this cartridge . With this being stated I have shot over 5000 rounds of 230 grain bullets.

    You might start here. The powders listed are Winchester though. Winchester powders are a part of the Hodgdon line. The Hodgdon website lists 200gr as the heaviest bullet for the GAP. Just looking at the specifics of the caliber, you might be hard pressed to get a 230gr bullet going fast enough to reliably expand.
