I have two 6-gallon food-grade buckets filled with hard red winter wheat from Wheat Montana.
We put these back (along w/ many others) in July & September of '08 with plenty of O2 absorbers. The buckets have always been stored inside.
Since we've found out several of us have gluten intolerance we're focusing on other food storage items.
Our loss is your gain.
