A new online ammo source

Because they are building a new store in Evansville (first in Indiana actually) I had signed up for Academy Sports & Outdoors emails. They are now selling their ammo online with delivery to your door.

Thanks for sharing. Haven't been down by the site lately, do you know anything about the store opening date?
The one in Owensboro looks to be in the fitting out stage from just passing by.

Would love to have one closer than Evansville. They've had some nice sales on pistols lately but everything is in store only. Maybe later they will open on up in Indy/Lafayette/Fort Wayne.

I am stoked for the new Evansville store. Only info I have on opening is "this fall". I will try to find out more and report.

I just applied there yesterday. The Store Manager nodded in a knowing manner when I commented about their price points on firearms.

They fully realize that the firearms area is a focal point for drawing in their target audience. It could bode well in the form of very attractive pricing.

Target date for opening is early to mid October,

I drove by there over lunch. I knew it was big, but it is impressive none the less to see. I bet they will have some great Grand Opening / Hunting season sales.
