It was a last minute idea between myself and 1911LY. We meet at Midwest Range in Elkhart tonight. GluemanZ28, CMR13 and Harry1911.

We had a bunch of guns and the VIP range to ourselves (complements of Glueman)

1911ly had his Super Redhawk 9 1/2" 44 mag. Glueman brought his Churchmouse tuned 1911 Springer. CMR brough his M&P 22 and I had my 10" Ruger MKII 22. All of us had brought other guns to play with too. We had a great time.

Pics and videos to follow later this evening.

1911ly and Glueman fighting over the Sig MPX 9mm pistol that will be given away to a lucky person per a drawing at Midwest.

Here is my group with the Churchmouse tuned 1911 Springfield .45. That is one sweet shooting gun.

I am glad I brought it. We had a good time shooting it. I will admit that my wrist is a bit sore lol.

More to com in a bit...

I've closed bars, clubs and a few stores but this was the first time I've ever closed a range before. I also shot my first Sig (228) and my first CZ tonight and my first .40 (G23) :yesway:

The M&P 22 CMR brought was a great gun. Gman's 1911's (the 9mm and the Churchmouse 45) were great shooters.

I had a blast! And I don't mean just when I was shooting the .44 magnum! I think I shot 10 different guns last night! My favorite overall was probably Gluemanz28's Springfield 9mm. I think I'll be adding that to my list of guns to get in the future!

Thanks to Bigtanker and 1911ly for putting it together, Gluemanz28 for letting us use his membership, and Midwest Shooting Range for hosting! I hope we can do it again soon!
