Advocare Spark Energy Drink

Anyone tried this stuff. A friend at work gave me a couple of packs and I like it. No sugar and gives a little boost.

I've tried their intra-workout type drink. It wasn't bad. The products are supposed to be pretty good. They had a table setup with samples at one of the member appreciation nights at LA Fitness. I wanted to try Spark but had already taken my pre-workout and didn't want to mix the two

What chemicals does it use to impart that kick? Anything vaguely caffeiney or theobrominey?

I used it. It's ok. I did their 24 day (I think) clean out/weight loss program.
Was expensive. No side effects. Easy to do. Lost 5 lbs.
