    vvv okay, I was confused.
    I haven't seen one of them before, but still probably wouldn't have to ever use it.
    nice to know it's there if you did though

    I guess i was hoping i wasnt the only one who had owned one of these for a while and had no idea what it was for...i just came across this video and thought id share in case there were other confused owners of AK bayonets that didnt know what the slot in the blade or the hardware on the sheath was for
