While making deliveries today I ran across a lost American icon because of technology.

What was it, a phone both yes that's right a phone booth.

Yes this lone phone booth caught my attention and made me pause in my tracks for a second, but what was next to it on the wall of the building beside it, is what really got my warped mind a going, and the first thing that popped into my brain was this.

This must have been Superman's last phone booth.....

Right in Lafayette, it's now your task to find out where this is.

And as I walked away, I thought, you know what, even after his tragic accident, I think he could have seen the humor in this.

Long live the thought of Superman in Heaven.

    Are you demented, YES!

And there are still lots of phone booths in Indy if you go the "correct" parts of town. And there is usually a line for them.

Did it even have a dial tone? I bet if you picked it up, you would have gotten the last remaining operator too!
One ringy-dingy....snort, snort...two ringy -dingys. Is this the person to whom I'm speaking?.....:): That skit never got old :rockwoot:Lily Tomlin was great, and this thread reminded me of her.
