Oops! Yep, I was out of bacon. But the situation has been rectified.

Haven't made this yet, but now I have the ingredients. Just need to get myself out of bed early enough someday

Ladies and gentleman....one day oneshotonekill was in the kitchen after reading this thread....behold.....they weren't too awful bad. I used Apple Smoked Bacon and quesadilla cheese ( it melts really well).
