Even though the place was absolutely swamped a bit after 7pm when I got there, they were very patient and helping everyone out with great attitudes. I've been to the shop several times now and I have yet to have a negative experience. I went because I needed a low profile gas block as the final part to my first AR-15 build. Not only did they have one in, they had it for a good price as well. While I was there, I fondled a long slide PPQ and ended up buying it. The guys gave me a great deal and I can't even express how happy I am with the purchase. I can't wait to take it to the range tomorrow!
I can honestly say, I've been to several LGS's around the area in the last few weeks and USDS has had the best customer service of any of them. They always take the time to make sure everyone is taken care of and they'll sit and BS if things aren't too crazy. These guys know their stuff and I highly recommend them.
