    HI all.
In another post I talked about getting my revo frame (not cylinder) beadblasted. It's stainless.
My question is AFTER it's beadblasted, besides spraying it off with air, is anything else needed? (rub with oil, dip in donkey urine... anything??)
    thanks.

I'm assuming that since it's stainless, there's not much concern or follow-up TLC needed... please verify

It depends on the type of finish you are going for. Is it going to be polished to a mirror?

Just oil it with your favorite gun oil. Wipe as much as you can off. Periodically reoil depending on use and environment. I wipe my 640-3 down once a month or so. It's a pocket carry and gets handled a lot.

I want it dull/very matte, to contrast with the polished cylinder.

He is NOT blasting the cylinder, I've been polishing that with Mother's for a while and like its current polished look. I want the rest of the gun to be flat/dull/matte.

If it is made from steel - oil it. Not WD 40. Not spray dry lube. Not grease. Not silicone. Just a light machine oil.
