I was checking out some crossfit stuff and saw some of his videos on self defense.
I didn't post because he doesn't have family friendly wording in his videos, but seems
to be really thorough.
I don't watch him but do have a old audio tape cassette of his. Actually it's a three tape series. I have it along with others that I listen to while working in the garage. Solid info. and keeps my mind engaged.
I took a week long LE Instructor class from him years ago. He is very intense and somewhat full of himself (not uncommon) but the training, his philosophy on mindset, and the physical techniques taught were excellent.
