"Current" Agent has seemingly quit working for Liberty Mutual. He's not on either of the Central IN offices' webpages (Carmel or GW).

Wife and I are happy with the service and prices we receive from the company; but have been thinking about "moving" our stuff with a more local agent - a "down the street" type relationship vs. someone completely on the other side of town.

So - anyone here insured with LM out of the Greenwood office? What's your experience been like?

    shameless bump.

I've had one PM with their opinion / agent's name.

anyone else insured with them out of the GW office?

OR can make an argument why I should potentially patronize another company?

I have LM but out of a different office (carmel) so that wont be any help for you. I have been more than satisfied with my coverage.

We've been satisfied with our coverage, too! Despite the fact that my car was declared a total loss in an accident several years ago (cost us even more $$ to get a replacement...*sigh*), the hail damage to our roof and gutters 4 years ago was handled virtually painlessly.
