Looks like a Jeff White knife.....that is his logo on the blade.
He lives here in Indiana and is known for his more traditional bush craft style knives. He makes a lot knives for the traditional muzzle loader guys/gals and reenactments. As far as model...I have no clue, but a lot of his models are just called "trade' knives.
Yup, that's a Jeff White, and like Brad said, most of his knives have the same name. But, you either have French style or traditional (I think that's what he calls it) handles. French are have round ends, traditional are squared off.
I have one of his Nessmuk knives, I use it as my "grilln" knife, crazy sharp convex, very easy to maintain, owned it about 2 years know maybe, its served me very very well
