barrel cut and crown

does anybody know of a gunsmith in the indianapolis area who can cut and crown a barrel? picked up a browning a bolt .300 win mag today and would like the barrel to be a few inches shorter.

I just had a barrel cut and crowned by a gunsmith in Greenfield, RA Marks Gunsmithing he did a great job and was very affordable too. 317-462-1585 is his contact number.

I know you obviously said in Indiana. However, I sent a barrel to Adco Firearms recently and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. They are a go to company for many on AR15.com.

Again, you will have to ship the barrel but its not a big deal.

I asked the last time I was there, and was told that it wasnt closed, only the counter has been removed. The store you are used to taking it to may not be the actual facility the work is to be done, but they still offer the services.
