Faux Silk Weepng Fig - (Ficus Benjamina)

The Ficus Benjamina -or- 'Weeping Fig' has long been one of the most popular houseplants in America, Japan and Europe. Beginning in the 1980's, shopping malls began replacing their 'live' plant decor, with artificial plants and trees. You can't walk thru most malls today.... without seeing a half a dozen or more of these silk Weeping Fig trees. Many Dr's and law firm offices display them, as well....
Most women who purchased live Weeping Figs, managed to kill them in a few months. Both the 'live' ones and the silk/faux trees are expensive. But women began asking where they could buy the silk trees...... no maintenance.... and they couldn't 'kill' them.
Due to their tremendous popularity, this same tree like I am selling, now retails for anywhere from $95 to $220 for a five-foot or six-foot tree. Mine is right at 5-1/2 ft tall, and 'potted' in a 15" diameter basket w/ faux moss bedding. Very nice for the home or office. This item is from a non-smoking environment......
