Beretta 96A1 VS G-22

What the major disadvantages of the both and what the minor disadvantage of them. What are some dislike & like from the owner/shooter user point of review. Is one better over the other and if so what make them better? Is one harder to take care of and or disassemble to take care of it.
The price seem to be in the same ball park for both of them.
Is some of the question I can up with. 40 cal is what I'm looking at, I figure that if I'm going to spend $600-+ might as well get that stop what ever pretty good if one need to.

I would go with a Beretta over a Glock any day, but that's just my personal opinion.

I've owned a Beretta 96D and a Glock 23. I still own the Beretta.

I agree completely. I like both guns but the Beretta is a much more refined weapon IMHO.

I carried both in the sandbox and the Glock NEVER had a problem. It's not fancy but it goes bang every time without a lot of hassle.
