berreta al391 wont cycle

hello im new to the site. i have a berreta al 391 urika. if u load it all up shoot the 1st shell the second shell goes in and ejects the 1st but wont fire the second shell it just clicks. if u push the breech bolt forward about a 1/8 or 1/4 inch forward after the 1st shell it will fire the second. i was using 1 1/8 oz shot. thanks for any help

How long since it was cleaned? The bolt is not returning to battery (closing completely) after the first shot.

Clean it first, completely disassemble the bolt and see if that fixes it. If not resolved there may be a burr or some other issue.

it has been cleaned over and over.. i havent taken the bolt apart tho ill try that thanx for the info.. is this a common problem?
