If you are anywhere near Indianapolis, you need to go procure some bacon from Goose the Market. It's at about 25th and Delaware. He's getting his own smokehouse going soon, too.

ive actually eaten there. my business partner doesn't like chain restaurants. So we end up in a lot of different small places for lunch.
