I broke the pocket clip on my ZT-0200.

I sent an email to ZTs customer service department with my need to purchase a new clip, along with a couple of extras. (I am constantly snagging the pocket clips on my knives due to the nature of my work.)

In the reply I recieved, I was only asked for my shipping info and told that a new clip would be on the way.

Well, 5 days later, I recieved not one clip, but three.

I am very happy with the outcome!

i bent the mess out of my pocket clip and they sent me 2 new ones and the sweet litte pocket hex wrench w/ it. county comm sells them for 11 bucks lol. they are a great company for sure

I recently had a very similar experience with ZT...I needed a couple new screws for the pocket clip and they sent me six...along with two new pocket clips.
