I broke the pocket clip on my ZT-0200.
I sent an email to ZTs customer service department with my need to purchase a new clip, along with a couple of extras. (I am constantly snagging the pocket clips on my knives due to the nature of my work.)
In the reply I recieved, I was only asked for my shipping info and told that a new clip would be on the way.
Well, 5 days later, I recieved not one clip, but three.
I am very happy with the outcome!
