I am the same height and weight as you, I own and find the following knives "adequate" in terms of handle and blade sizes.

    Zero Tolerance 0300 series (0300, 0301, 0302)
    Chris Reeve's Umnumzaan
    Combative Edge M1
    Spyderco Endura

i would say a spyderco military or endura, zero tolerance 300 series, and any of the strider folders.

get with brad's knives and his huge selection and see what works best for you. he is a great guy and very easy to deal with.

If you like the griptilian the I would consider the bone collector like I just picked up. It has a larger feel and I have some pretty big hands.

I would also second the spyderco military. I will be picking up one of those soon!

I had a spyderco endura which fit my hand well and was the ony knife I treated like a four inch razor blade(thanks Tyler). I lost it because the clip was not quite strong enough. If I get another one it will become my "church knife"

The trident is a fixxed blade. My kabar handles that job nicely. My kabar fits my hands perfectly. I wish brad woud come to a smaler show, the 1500 is such a pita I don't want to go back. The chris reeve looks badass but, it costs as much as a ria 1911
