I thought I would share a lvl 2 retention holster I found for my XDm that I really like, it's a Blackhawk T-series L2C overt
I had been looking for a drop holster with
at least a lvl 2 retention for my XDm 9mm with the 4.5" barrel, there are options out there mainly Safariland which are good but you are going to spend at least $150 for one, I didn't fully like their retention system though.
Blackhawk has their Serpa line as well, but well there is a lot of controversy over that as well haha.
Alien Gear didn't offer a option with active retention unless you had a XDm with a 3.8" barrel.
Then I came across the Blackhawk T-series L2C with the overt option drops the holster down and has a leg strap, with a thumb release which is very natural to use.
It also fits some other guns 1911's, Glocks, S&W M&P 2.0, Sig 320/250/M17/M18, and the Springfield XD, XDm's and Mod2 and you can find them at around $50.
