They did mess around sending this guy up the river, 15 years and some change. Taken into custody right after sentencing. US Attorney Kirsch would not comment but there is some rumblings that further indictments may be coming extending beyond the Sheriff's office. Wondering if this has Portage' mayor shaking in his boots with his upcoming sentencing in June. The nefarious behavior by these crooked politicians does not seem to phase them.

I have no problem with stiff penalties for those elected officials who betray the public trust. This guy was making a good buck but the greed took over. Sadly, it appears to be a death sentence at his age. What a way to wrap up your life.
