I couldn’t find a thread on Nguyen v Bonta so here goes:

John Crump is currently doing a livestream about it online. It's a solid local victory. However, I expect it will be stayed by 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where it will languish until Hell freezes over. It will ultimately require SCOTUS if it's going to be permanently put asunder.

OMG, they come up with most ridiculous laws. Next it will be 1 round a month. Guess those 80% builds are looking more viable.

Maryland has had it since 2008? for regulated firearms. Handguns and those evil assault rifles that are allowed to be transferred. They have a few get a rounds, like a collector status permit.

OMG! A federal judge struck down another stupid Commiefornia gun restriction. Amazing. Hopefully the judges on the 9th Circuit read the most recent SCOTUS decisions and turn away any frivolous appeals by Newson and his liberal misguided ilk!

Glad to see someone with common sense on how the amendment is written.

I always assumed the one gun a month was to infringe on one's ability to amass a collection and to make such endeavors cost more time and money.

I hope more of their commifornian laws get struck down for the unconstitutionality that they are.
