Can't post images

The FAQ says to use the manage attachments button to attach an image as a prelude to posting an image. There is no such button when I post. The little box on the lower left hand side of the screen says "You May Not Post Attachments."

Go into UserCP, scroll down to thread display options and make sure your "show images box is checked"

I also can't post images. I can copy and paste from a site but can't attach anything from my computer.

The INGO FAQ (not the vBulletin FAQ) also says that we've disabled attachment uploading due to the huge bandwidth hit we take. It also gives detailed and specific instructions on how to how an offsite image host like Photobucket.
