Did you read Variable Star yet? Heinlein wrote the outline for it in 1955... then Spider Robinson was asked to turn it into a book, and did... and it feels exactly like Heinlein wrote it.

Mine is a community center. The only problem I have ever had there was the ignorant Photo ID checker who tried to tell me I couldn't use my MIL ID as a photo ID.
