I couldn't find anything via search, or the internet. Is it safe to fire CB caps through a suppressor? I'm unsure if there is a possibility of key holing, or if that was caused by faulty barrels. Setup in question is a Mosquito or 10-22 with Gemtech Alpine. Just want to make sure I take care of the toy!

Don't do it. The bullets may not stabilize because they're too slow. If you are looking for ultimate quiet, use some subsonics and some water or gel in your can.

Great, thanks! I've got standard, subsonic and CB's all with me, so I'll leave the CB's for the .22 lever gun :)

I have shot CCI CB Longs and Colibri's from a Ruger 77/22 and suppressor with no problem. I have also shot the CB Longs out of a pistol or two with a suppressor and never had any problems.
