    Appears to be an ATI stock with the back end hacked off and a VZ-58 stock attached, along with an MFI barrel shroud (faux suppressor) and HK-style sights.

    Looks good, but it's still a Hi-Point underneath. Kinda like dropping a Porsche body onto a VW bug. ;)

    You are correct on all accounts ;). It does still look nice though. I'm sure he invested way more time and money into it than the actual gun was worth, but his work is very thorough.
