Dillon has had some major telephone and computer glitches. My Dillon 550 upper arm link pins (one solid and one hollow) began "walking out" while I was reloading. I contacted Dillon and they said to send it in. BTW when you send in a press, they want you to remove all the small parts, i.e. locator buttons and toolhead pins, as well as, the powder measure cap. They also want you to remove the handle and toolhead/ dies. Due to their problems, I waited about 3 weeks to get the "go ahead" and send in the press for repair. It was back in my hands in 8 days. They not only fixed the problem, they replaced the old powder measure and priming system, as well as, the link arms. I did have to pay for shipping to them which nowadays ain't cheap, and I had to manufacture a shipping box out of heavy duty cardboard, but everything that Dillon did was top notch!
