    If ever there was a place that validated Montesquieu's maxim "the usless laws weaken the necessary laws", it is Chicago.

    Cook County Sheriff demands more gun laws, but then turns around and tells us that jails and state prisons are over capacity.

    What does this mean?

    It means Illinois will have to release Arsonists, Burglars, Robbers out of prison to put you in for having a flash suppressor or a non-fixed stock on your carbine.
