I met with a great guy, MadBomber to pick up a new-to-me somthin'-somthin' and stopped by Bradis to get some additional items on it. I was minding my own business and asked Shooter if they had gotten any FNP's in trade. He told me they had FNX's and I was aware of the name from Cru, but never bothered to take look at one. Well... let's just say FN makes some great looking guns!

As I was fondling the FNX 9, Jeremy walked over and showed me the M&P Pro, which I had not seen. The trigger felt like a 1911 on that thing. It comes with a TrueGold (?) front sight and it even felt like my 1911, but much lighter.

I won't even bother to ask, "Which one of these should I get?" That's a waste of time and I know it. These will be in my dreams tonight.

As long as you get them both with {FRAME MOUNTED SAFETY} I say :rockwoot:

It pains me a great deal to say this...

    But I agree.

Especially since you carry a 1911, Que.

If just range toys...then it doesn't matter & you should get 'em as God intended: without a thumb safety. :D

I detest safeties, but I have no choice with the FNX. Why would anyone want a safety on a gun? I know, I know, but I just don't like them. I never use a safety on a carry gun, though.
