So I feel like I should know that answer to this, or be able to find it on Google...but sadly I can not.
I am tossing around the idea of either the Sig Mpx or the Mutant Pistol to turn into an SBR. Both are offered in SBR versions (mk-47) for sure. My question is the mk shoots the 7.62x39 but is built on an AR platform. I have a Daniel Defense collapsible stock and grip that I would like to move over to the Mk. NFA forms aside can I just slip the DD furniture over the buffer tube and be ready to roll? I can save a couple hundred buying the pistol, if I buy the SBR version I am still going to want to swap out the magpul furniture.
