I am HELPING a Friend by listing this. He is the original owner and so he's had this rifle 12yrs or so with about 400-500 rounds thru it. Will need valid Indiana DL and Carry Permit...I know that you don't need a permit to buy a rifle, but that way we know that you don't have a felony. The other option would be a transfer.
