Contaminated Cantaloupes In Stores

It's times like these that I'm glad I'm not a fan of cantaloupes. There's a multi-state outbreak of listeria that's killed 13 people so far and it's been linked to cantaloupes out from Colorado. So far there's been one case in Indiana, but that could change. Time to switch to honeydew or something.

Ahhh, the joys of eating "fresh" and "organic" and what's the other buzz word, "raw"?

We'll see more and more of this. Thank goodness the government is requiring RFID chips in all produce so they can track these outbreaks.
