    The FBI even creates evidence in their labs. As I mentioned on here before, throw down guns, baggies of drugs, etc. The old saying "Cops have the best drugs" is no joke at all. Drugs need to be legalized to end loads of corruption, prison costs, broken lives, vastly increased tax revenues and a major savings of all related costs.

    This little "snippet" has gone viral. Since it has, the police department has released the entire video (over 30 minutes). It's clear that he first takes it from the suspect and what you are seeing in the little 90 second portion is not the entire story.

    However, I have not seen the entire video. I'm just saying what was said by law enforcement in a follow up story and by the reporter who viewed the entire video.
